Fuentes: On review of the parties' joint status report (doc. #9 ), the Court enters the following schedule with some adjustment from the parties' agreement: (1) Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures to be served no later than 11/15/22; (2) written discovery requests to be served no later than 11/30/22; (3) written discovery responses to be served no later than 1/17/23; (4) Rule 30 fact witness depositions to be completed by 3/17/23; and (5) Rule 26(a)(2)(C) expert disclosures (the Court presumes this encompasses medical treater witnesses as experts who will not suppl a report) served no later than 4/5/23, with such depositions completed and all fact discovery complete no later than 6/6/23. As for retained expert discovery: (1) Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures are due from plaintiffs no later than 7/7/23 and from defendants no later than 9/8/23, with depositions of those experts completed no later than 30 days from disclosure. The deadline date for amending the pleadings is set by agreement at 4/1/23. A reasonably prompt dispositive motion schedule will be set later after further input from the parties as the close of all discovery nears.
