Respondent's response to petitioner's petition to compel arbitration [dkt. no. 1] is to be filed by 9/23/2022. Petitioner's reply to the response is to be filed by 10/7/2022. The Court is unpersuaded that there is a viable basis for the entire case--which, as petitioner apparently sees it, includes the fact that there is a case--to be under seal. At this point, the existence of the case and the parties' names are not sealed, and that is the way it will remain. In addition, the parties no longer have authority to use generic descriptors like "sealed item" for docket entries. Every docket entry must be given the title of the particular item being filed, as is usually the case for filings made in CM/ECF. (mk)
