| Filing 13 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey Cummings: This case has been reassigned to this Court for all further proceedings #12 pursuant to the parties' consent set forth in their recently filed joint initial status report #11 . For the record, the parties shall also promptly file a signed "Consent to Exercise of Jurisdiction by a United States Magistrate Judge" form, available on the ILND website. The Court has reviewed the parties' joint initial status report #11 and adopts the parties' proposed schedule in part as follows. Parties to exchange Rule 26(a) initial disclosures by 11/17/22. Parties to issue written discovery by 12/1/22. All fact discovery shall be completed by 4/14/23. The Court will set an expert discovery schedule at a later date. By 12/8/22, the parties shall file a joint status report setting forth what discovery has been completed, what discovery remains, and whether any discovery disputes require the Court's attention.
