Filing 13 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: The Court grant's plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #4 . The Court has reviewed the pro se complaint in this case. The plaintiff describes various issues and problems relating to the Social Security and Medicare systems that the plaintiff is quite evidently having trouble navigating. At the same time it is not clear whether the plaintiff has a viable legal claim to present in court. Given the complexity of the issues and the plaintiff's apparent difficulty in addressing them the Court grants Plaintiff's motion for recruitment of counsel #5 and and requests that the following attorney represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under Local Rule 83.37: David H.
