ORDER: This case is dismissed for want of subject matter jurisdiction as an unauthorized successive habeas corpus petition, 28 U.S.C. 2244(b). The court declines to issue a certificate of appealability. Petitioner is admonished that continued efforts to pursue this litigation may result in the imposition of sanctions under Alexander v. United States, 121 F.3d 312 (7th Cir. 1997). Petitioner remains responsible for payment of the $5.00 filing fee associated with the filing of his petition and is directed to pay that filing fee by October 10, 2022, by way of a check or money order payable to: Clerk, United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Alternatively, if Petitioner is unable to pay the fee, he shall submit a completed in forma pauperis application. The Clerk shall update the docket to reflect that Respondent Charles Truitt is the Warden of the Stateville Correctional Center, and send to Petitioner a blank in forma pauperis application form.
