Filing 9 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $3.80 from his account for payment to the Clerk as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. Following initial review of Plaintiff's complaint #8 , the Court grant's Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 and requests that D'Anthony v. Thedford, Thedford Garber Law, 1932 South Halsted, Suite 506, Chicago, IL 60608, tony@thedfordgarberlaw.com, represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rules 83.11(h) and 83.37.1 Plaintiff's complaint #8 , however, is dismissed without prejudice to the filing of an amended complaint by counsel, and summonses shall not issue. Instead, by December 7, 2022, counsel shall appear and file an amended complaint that comports with counsel's obligations under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff, the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration, attorney Thedford, the Systems and Fiscal Departments of the Northern District of Illinois, and the PACER Service Center at http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/register.html.
