All parties to respond to interrogatories and requests for production on or before 3/2/23. Depositions of fact witnesses (not including treating physicians) to be completed on or before 5/30/23. Parties to serve Rule 26(a)(2)(C) disclosures on or before 6/30/23. Depositions of Rule 26(a)(2)(C) witnesses to be completed on or before 7/31/23. Plaintiffs to serve Rule 26(a)(2)(B) disclosures on or before 9/15/23. Depositions of Plaintiffs' Rule 26(a)(2)(B) witnesses to be completed on or before 10/16/23.Defendants to serve Rule 26(a)(2)(B) disclosures on or before 11/30/23. Depositions of Defendants' Rule 26(a)(2)(B) witnesses to be completed on or before 12/29/23.The parties shall file a joint status report by 12/7/22 to confirm initial disclosures were made by all parties on 12/1/22, and that they are on track to serve written discovery including subpoenas to any third-party medical treaters by 1/30/23.
