| Filing 16 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Edmond E. Chang: On review of the status report, R. 15, the government is reviewing the Plaintiff's file in an effort to resolve the case. Having said that, to ensure that the case keeps moving, the answer deadline is set for 01/06/2023. The tracking status hearing of 11/18/2022 is reset to 12/30/2022 at 8:30 a.m., but to track the case only (no appearance is required, the case will not be called).
