ORDER: Plaintiff Ana Ortiz's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is taken under advisement. Because the Court requires individualized applications, by November 4, 2022, Anthony Ortiz shall file an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If Anthony Ortiz fails to submit his own application by November 4, 2022, he will be dismissed as a plaintiff. Plaintiffs' complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for the reasons stated below, with leave to submit an amended complaint. Plaintiffs must submit an amended complaint by November 4, 2022, or the Court will summarily dismiss this case.
