Filing 6 ORDER: The Court takes Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 under consideration. If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he must (1) explain in writing and under oath why he believes he should be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis; and (2) submit a certified trust fund account statement showing all transactions in his account from September 30, 2022, to the date he responds to this order. Alternatively, he may pay the Court's $402.00 filing fee. Payment may be made by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Failure to fully comply with this order by December 1, 2022, may result in summary dismissal of this case.
