Filing 10 ORDER: Plaintiff has submitted an amended complaint #7 as ordered. The Court has reviewed the proposed amended complaint #7 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A and finds it is acceptable, as detailed below. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to (1) file Plaintiff's amended complaint #7 ; (2) issue summonses for service of the complaint on Defendants Korkes, Rejniak, Alvarez, Balogh, Taylor, Lopez, Powell, Rodriguez, Zelenkic, Newsome, and Holevas by the U.S. Marshal; (3) dismiss all other Defendants; (4) forward the USM-285 forms submitted by Plaintiff for these Defendants to the U.S. Marshal service; and (5) send Plaintiff filing instructions, and a copy of this order. The Court appoints the U.S. Marshal to serve Defendants Korkes, Rejniak, Alvarez, Balogh, Taylor, Lopez, Powell, Rodriguez, Zelenkic, Newsome, and Holevas. Plaintiff also must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. If Plaintiff fails to keep the Court informed of his address, this action will be subject to dismissal for failure to comply with a Court order and for failure to prosecute. The Court construes Plaintiff's motion for "help" #6 as a motion for attorney representation. The Court denies Plaintiff's motions for attorney representation #6 #8 for the reasons discussed below. Filing 4 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $26.83 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to electronically send a copy of this order to the Supervisor of the Inmate Trust Fund Accounts at the Cook County Jail and to the Court's Fiscal Department. Summonses, however, shall not issue. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order. Failure to submit an amended complaint by December 18, 2022, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit.
