As discussed on the record, to facilitate the court's ruling and maintain the status quo pending that ruling, from now until 12/23/22, the parties agree as follows: (1) the Board of Education's Interim Order as to Starfish does not apply to charter schools or to third party entities that run after-school programs; and (2) Starfish is permitted to continue to operate pursuant to its third party contracts even if that means driving onto CPS property. In addition, Plaintiffs' counsel will provide defense counsel with a list of the CPS schools that Starfish operates on; this information will be provided to defense counsel for attorneys' eyes only by 11/28/22 at noon.
