The Plaintiff's reply is due on 01/27/2023. Telephone status hearing set for 01/31/2023 at 12:15 p.m. Members of the public and media will be able to call-in to listen to this hearing. On review of the Complaint, the Court orders a subject matter jurisdiction inquiry: the Plaintiff is an LLC and relies on diversity jurisdiction, but the Complaint does not list the Plaintiff's members and their citizenship. Wise v. Wachovia Securities, LLC, 450 F.3d 265, 267 (7th Cir. 2006). The Complaint only alleges the Plaintiff's state of incorporation and place of business. R. 1, Compl. PP 1, 4. By 01/11/2023, the Plaintiff shall file a Jurisdictional Statement (a) listing the Plaintiff's members and their jurisdiction or (b) explaining why jurisdiction is proper without that information.
