ORDER: Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed with prejudice as a sanction for his failure to disclose his litigation history and accumulation of three strikes. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Having brought this action, Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full $402.00 filing fee, 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), as well as all outstanding filing fees. See Sloan v. Lesza, 181 F.3d 857, 859 (7th Cir. 1999). The Court directs the Clerk to enter a final judgment of dismissal. This case is terminated.
