ORDER: Pro se Plaintiff Timothy Bell, an inmate at Rushville Dept. of Human Services Treatment and Detention Facility, initiated this action under 42 U.S.C. 1983, but he did not pay the Court's filing fee nor apply for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he has until February 3, 2023, to either (1) prepay the $402.00 filing fee; or (2) submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis on the enclosed form along with a copy of his trust fund account statement showing all transactions to his account for the six-month period immediately preceding his initiation of this action. Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this case. The Court defers consideration of Plaintiff's complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A until after his fee status is resolved.
