MAILED copy of order #5 , blank application to proceed in forma pauperis for persons in custody to Mohamad Al-Gholeh a/k/a Mohamad Algholeh (td, ) |
Filing 5 ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 without prejudice. Plaintiff must either prepay the full statutory $402 filing fee or submit a properly supported renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. If he does not comply by March 3, 2023, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #3 is denied without prejudice as his assertion that he contacted three attorneys and "Chicago Office" but could not obtain representation due to "Covid 19/corona" does not demonstrate that he has made a reasonable attempt to obtain his own attorney; in any event, nothing indicates that counsel is appropriate at this time. Plaintiff must promptly update his address if it changes while this case is open. If he fails to comply, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. The Clerk is directed to: (1) change Plaintiff's name on the docket to "Mohamad Al-Gholeh (#2022-0927128) a/k/a Mohamad Algholeh" to prevent potential mail problems as Plaintiff is in custody under the name "Mohamad Algholeh"; and (2) send Plaintiff a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis for persons in custody, along with a copy of this order. Signed by the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr on 1/12/2023: Mailed notice (daj, ) |
