Filing 14 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Defendant Planet Pharma LLC's unopposed motion for extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's Amended Complaint #13 is granted. Defendant Planet Pharma LLC shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Amended Complaint by 3/20/2023. Telephonic initial status hearing set for 3/1/2023 is stricken and reset for 3/29/2023 at 9:00 AM.
