ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice. By February 16, 2023, Plaintiff must prepay the full $402 filing fee or file a properly completed renewed in forma pauperis application. If Plaintiff does not comply by the aforementioned date, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. The trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement is directed to update Plaintiff's records to include the cases referenced in this order (Case No. 17 C 5111, No. 17 C 7759, No. 19 C 4705, and No. 19 C 7062), and commence monthly deductions from qualifying income until Plaintiff's outstanding filing fees in these cases are paid in full. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his address. If he fails to do so, this case will be subject to dismissal for failure to prosecute and for failure to comply with a Court order. The Clerk is instructed to send Plaintiff a blank in forma pauperis application, along with a copy of this order. The Clerk is further instructed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Cook County Jail. The Court defers its review of Plaintiff's complaint #1 and motion for attorney representation #4 until Plaintiff resolves his fee status in accordance with this order.
