ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders Plaintiff (and his trust fund officer) to pay $16.67 as an initial partial filing fee. The Court further directs Plaintiff's trust fund officer to begin making monthly deductions from Plaintiff's account toward payment of the filing fee in accordance with this order. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically, if possible) to Plaintiff's trust fund officer and to the Court's Fiscal Department. However, summonses shall not issue at this time. The Court orders Plaintiff to show good cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed for failure to exhaust administrative remedies prior to filing suit. Failure to show cause by February 17, 2023, will result in summary dismissal of the complaint, without prejudice to re-filing suit once Plaintiff completes the administrative exhaustion process.
