No. #6 ) is hereby granted. Helene Tonique Laurent Miller, a pro se plaintiff, filed a complaint against the Social Security Administration and non-federal defendants in state court. The government later removed this case to federal court. Helene Miller (who also goes by Helene Williams) is a restricted filer, and the restriction applies to cases removed to federal court. At this point, the Court simply refers the matter to the Executive Committee, and does not take the step of dismissing the Social Security Administration and remanding the case against the non-federal defendants.
