Filing 4 ORDER: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $1.56 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration and to the Court's Fiscal Department. The Clerk shall: (1) file the complaint #1 ; (2) issue summonses for service of the complaint on named Defendants S. Miles, C/O Becker, C/O Coner, C/O Hitchns, C/O Brown, C/O Markee, and J. Walton; (3) mail Plaintiff seven (7) blank USM-285 service forms and a copy of this order. Plaintiff must complete and return the USM-285 service forms for Defendants S. Miles, C/O Becker, C/O Coner, C/O Hitchns, C/O Brown, C/O Markee, and J. Walton by March 16, 2023. The U.S. Marshal will not attempt service on Defendants unless and until the required forms are received. The U.S. Marshal is appointed to serve Defendants. Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep his address current with the Court, and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with a Court order.
