Local Rules 83.11(h) and 83.37. By April 19, 2023, counsel shall file an appearance and a status report advising the court of counsel's ability to file an amended complaint and proposing a deadline to do so. If counsel believes that filing an amended complaint would be inconsistent with counsel's Rule 11 obligations, counsel should notify the Court. The Court notifies Plaintiff's counsel that pro bono litigation resources are available on the District's website at http://www.ilnd.uscourts.gov, by clicking on the link to Resources for Pro Bono Attorneys in the Trial Bar. Filing 4 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $1.56 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration and to the Court'sFiscal Department. The complaint #1 , however, is dismissed without prejudice. On its own motion, the Court recruits attorney Thomas Charles Marszewski, Marszewski & Galvin, 30 N.
