ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement to deduct $18.00 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement and the Court's fiscal department. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 because it contains improperly joined claims. Plaintiff is granted until March 22, 2023 to submit an amended complaint. If he does not comply, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff an amended civil rights complaint form and instructions and a copy of this order.
