ORDER: Plaintiff Jeff Bartels, a Canadian artist, brings this action for copyright infringement against 76 online retailers as listed in "Schedule A." The Court sua sponte raised the issue of joinder, and in response, Plaintiff filed a memorandum of law in support of the joinder of Defendants under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 20. For the following reasons, the Court finds that joinder is improper. Plaintiff may attempt to cure the joinder deficiency in accordance with this Order by filing an amended comply by March 14, 2023. The Court reserves ruling on Plaintiff's motion for temporary restraining order 13 . Plaintiff's motions for leave to file under seal #11 and to file excess pages #12 are granted.
