The Court directs Plaintiff to submit a renewed IFP application that is certified by a trust fund officer; he must also attach copies of jail or prison trust fund ledgers showing his income for the six months preceding the initiation of this action [that is, from July 25, 2022, through January 25, 2023]. Failure to comply March 1, 2023, will result in denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis and summary dismissal of this case. The Court instructs the Clerk to provide Plaintiff with a blank IFP application along with a copy of this order. Doe, et al, was directly assigned in error to the Honorable Manish S. Shah and Magistrate Judge Sunil R. Harjani and classified in error as a 555 case, therefore IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the assignment of case 23cv455, Matthews v. Doe, et al, shall be vacated and the case shall be randomly reassigned using Category 3 as the case is a 550 civil rights case. Case reassigned to the Honorable Virginia M.
