The report states that both parties consent to proceeding before the assigned magistrate judge. If all parties consent to have the currently assigned United States Magistrate Judge conduct all proceedings in this case, including trial, the entry of final judgment, and all post-trial proceedings, all parties must sign their names on the attached Consent form. This consent form is eligible for filing only if executed by all parties. The parties are directed to file the consent form on or before March 29, 2023. Defendant's responsive pleading is due on or before April 5, 2023, and Defendant expects to file a dispositive motion on that date. If that occurs, Plaintiff's response is due on or before May 5, 2023 and Defendant's reply is due on or before May 19, 2023. If Defendant wishes to stay all or some of discovery, it should file the appropriate motion. Initial Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures are due on or before April 11, 2023. Written discovery requests are to be issued on or before May 1, 2023. All fact discovery must be noticed in time for completion by December 1, 2023. Any requests to amend the pleadings must be made by August 4, 2023. The court will set expert discovery and dispositive motion deadlines when the parties get closer to completing fact discovery.
