Filing 12 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman: Plaintiff's motion to voluntarily dismiss her complaint without prejudice and for leave to file an amended complaint #10 is denied. The Court dismissed Plaintiff's complaint on 1/27/23 with leave to amend by 2/10/23. Because Plaintiff did not amend her complaint, the Court dismissed this action with prejudice on 3/2/23. For the reasons stated in this Court's prior order #7 , Plaintiff's claims against Judge Senechalle, Judge O'Hara, and Skokie Motor fail. Because the Court does not have jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining claims against her prior counsel and Skokie Motor's counsel, she cannot pursue those claims in federal court. Therefore, the Court does not grant Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint. Any further litigation of her claims against the defendant attorneys can only take place in state court. Mailed notice. (ym, ) |
