In response to this unnecessary filing, the court reminded the parties that "they are not required to file certificates of service in federal court unless LR 5.5(a) applies." (R. 24.) Despite this reminder, Defendant again files an affidavit two days later noting that this time the same subpoena had been emailed to the same subpoena respondent.
