ORDER signed by the Honorable Edmond E. Chang. For the reasons stated in the Order, the Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. The Plaintiff must either submit a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis, as detailed in this order or, alternatively, pay the statutory $402 filing fee. If Plaintiff does not comply by 05/01/2023, then the Court will dismiss this case. The Clerk is directed to send a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis to the Plaintiff, along with a copy of this order. The Plaintiff is advised that he must update his address promptly if it changes. If he fails to comply, then this case will be subject to dismissal. To track the case only (no appearance is required, the case will not be called), a tracking status hearing is set for 05/12/2023 at 8:30 a.m. Mailed notice (cn).
