Plaintiff's counsel reported that he has had no recent communication with Defendant. The Court enters default pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(a) against Defendant McCoy Services, Inc. Plaintiff's motion for default judgment with supporting materials, including an affidavit regarding damages, is due by 5/4/2023. A default judgment prove-up hearing is set for 5/17/2023 at 10:30 a.m. by Webex. Plaintiff shall serve a copy of the motion and this minute entry on Defendant by U.S. mail and by email, if Plaintiff has an email address for Defendant.
