Filing 4 ORDER: The Clerk is instructed to correct the docket to reflect Plaintiff's identification number at the Will County Adult Detention Facility as: 9139723 (rather than 4139723). Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this lawsuit, he must: (1) submit a renewed in forma pauperis application in accordance with this order; or (2) pay the full $402 filing fee. Plaintiff is given until May 12, 2023, to comply with this order. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff is advised that even if this case is summarily dismissed, he remains responsible for the filing fee associated with this lawsuit. As explained in more detail below, the trust fund officer at the Will County Adult Detention Facility must collect 100% of all income into Plaintiff's trust account (if it is not doing so already) until accrued filing fees on Plaintiff's multiple cases and appeals are paid in full. The Clerk is instructed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Will County Adult Detention; the trust fund officer is directed to update its records to reflect the cases and appeals for which Plaintiff owes filing fees.
