The Court directs Plaintiffs to prepare and file, by 5/22/23, an amended complaint limited to the claims of Plaintiffs Jaworski, Kroth, Robinson, and Romano named in this severed lawsuit. Plaintiffs should also pay the requisite filing fee or submit a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis at the time they file their amended complaint. A Rule 16 status hearing is set for 07/11/2023 at 10:30 a.m. via WebEx video conference. By 06/30/2023, the parties should file a status report with a proposed case management schedule. During the video hearing, the parties should turn off their cameras and mute their microphones until their case is called. Violation of these prohibitions may result in court-imposed sanctions, including removal of court-issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court.
