Alonso: Based on the parties' joint initial status report, the Court sets the following deadlines in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(3): initial disclosures shall be exchanged by 6/9/2023; any amended pleadings shall be filed by 8/8/23; any motions to join other parties shall be filed by 8/8/23; fact discovery shall be complete by 8/16/24; and dispositive motions to be filed by 10/15/24.
