MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jorge L. Alonso: Based on the parties' joint initial status report, the Court sets the following deadlines in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(3): initial disclosures shall be exchanged by 6/9/2023; any amended pleadings shall be filed by 8/8/23; any motions to join other parties shall be filed by 8/8/23; fact discovery shall be complete by 8/16/24; and dispositive motions to be filed by 10/15/24. Any motion to join and/or motion to amend pleadings after the above date will need to meet the good cause requirements of Fed.R. Civ. P. 16. The Court also sets the following deadlines with respect to reports from retained experts under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2): Plaintiff's expert report and disclosure due by 5/14/24; Defendants' expert report and disclosure due by 6/14/24; expert discovery shall be completed by 8/16/24.
