ORDER: Plaintiff again has submitted a letter stating that he needs an order from this Court directed to the trust fund officer so that he can pay the $402.00 filing fee in this case #6 . The Court reiterates that it is aware of no such policy at the Will County Adult Detention Facility. Plaintiff should follow the procedures in place at the facility in order to request payment of the fee. The Court extends the deadline for payment of the filing fee to June 29, 2023. Failure to pre-pay the fee by that date will result in summary dismissal of this matter. Should Plaintiff require documentation that the fee is due, he may submit a copy of this order (or the Court's May 3, 2023, order) to the trust fund officer. Signed by the Honorable Jorge L. ORDER: Plaintiff has submitted a letter stating that he wants to pre-pay the filing fee, but the Will County Adult Detention Facility ("WCADF") requires a court order for him to do so #3 . The Court is not aware of such a policy, but the Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the WCADF to certify that this action is pending and the $402.00 filing fee is due. Plaintiff should request payment of the fee through the normal procedures in place at the facility. Failure to pre-pay the fee by May 29, 2023 may result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers consideration of Plaintiff's complaint #1 pending payment of the filing fee. The Clerk is directed to (1) change Plaintiff's booking number on the docket to the one in the caption of this order; and (2) send a copy of this order to Plaintiff and to the trust fund officer at the WCADF.
