Filing 9 ORDER: Based on recruited counsel's representations, the court grants his motion to withdraw #8 . The court recruits attorney Timothy Michael Nolan, Nolan Law Office, 53 West Jackson Boulevard, Suite 1137, Chicago, IL 60604-3207, (312) 322-1100, tnolan@nolanwagelaw.com to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under N.D. Ill. Local Rules 83.11(h) and 83.37. As Mr. Nolan falls within the class of users listed in the Electronic Public Access fee schedule adopted by the Judicial Conference of the United States, he is exempt from the payment of fees for access via PACER to the electronic case files maintained in this court for this casebut not from the payment of fees incurred in connection with other uses of the PACER system in this court. This exemption is valid immediately and for the duration of Attorney Nolan's participation in the matter. This exemption may be revoked at the discretion of the court at any time. Attorney Nolan shall contact the PACER Service Center at 1-800-676-6856 or via the link below to make any necessary arrangements for the waiver. A copy of this order shall be sent to the PACER Service Center at https://pacer.uscourts.gov. A copy of this order shall also be sent to the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois. By August 8, 2023, counsel shall file an appearance and an amended complaint. If counsel believes that filing an amended complaint would be inconsistent with counsel's Rule 11 obligations, counsel should notify the court by August 8.
