Filing 6 ORDER: By Order dated May 12, 2023, the Court directed Plaintiff to pay the $402 filing fee in this case by June 9, 2023, and advised him that failure to comply would result in summary dismissal of this case #5 . Plaintiff has failed to comply. Accordingly, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). See Fed. Election Comm'n v. Al Salvi for Senate Comm., 205 F.3d 1015, 1018 (7th Cir. 2000) (court has authority both inherently and under Rule 41(b) to dismiss case as sanction for failure to prosecute and noncompliance with court order).
