Pursuant to Local Rule 16.4, the following schedule shall govern the proceedings in this case: (1) Defendant shall file the administrative record by 9/12/2023; (2) Plaintiff's brief in support of reversing or remanding the decision is due by 11/13/2023; (3) Defendant's motion to affirm the decision and her brief in support are due by 12/28/2023; and (4) Plaintiff's reply brief is due by 1/12/2024.
