MAILED a copy of order dated 9/6/2023 to Plaintiff (jg, ) |
Filing 5 ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 . If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must both: (1) pay the $402 filing fee; and (2) show good cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed based on apparent false statements in his in forma pauperis application (in other words, he must provide a written explanation for his actions so the Court may consider whether to allow him to proceed). The Court directs the Clerk to send Plaintiff a copy of this Order. The Court advises Plaintiff that he must update his address promptly if it changes. If Plaintiff does not comply with all directives by October 31, 2023, the Court will summarily dismiss the case without prejudice. Signed by the Honorable Sara L. Ellis on 9/6/2023.
