ORDER: Plaintiff Zuhra Al-Kinani brings this pro se lawsuit against the defendant, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Dkt. 1. Before the court is Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #4 , Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #5 and Plaintiff's complaint for initial review. The Court grants IFP status and accepts Plaintiff's complaint. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation is denied without prejudice. #5 . The Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a USM-285 form. The Court advises Plaintiff that a completed USM-285 form is required to serve the defendant. Plaintiff is complete the USM-285 form by October 2, 2023. Defendant will not be served with this lawsuit until the completed USM-285 form is returned. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order, this case may be dismissed for failure to comply with a court order and failure to prosecute. Signed by the Honorable Mary M. Rowland on 9/11/2023.
