ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to (1) deduct $2.06 for payment of the initial partial filing fee, and (2) to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration and to this court's fiscal department. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is granted. The Court requests that Natalie J. Spears, Dentons US LLP, 233 South Wacker Drive, Suite 5900, Chicago, Illinois 60606, tel: (312) 876-8000, represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.).1 The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff, attorney Spears, the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois, and the PACER Service Center at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov. By September 26, 2023, recruited counsel shall file a status report advising whether she will proceed on Plaintiff's complaint or whether she intends to file an amended complaint.
