| Filing 7 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Nancy L. Maldonado:By order of August 30, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and directed him to pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee if he wanted to proceed with this case #6 . Plaintiff was warned that failure to do so by September 29, 2023, would result in summary dismissal of this case. To date, Plaintiff has not pre-paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court. This case is therefore dismissed without prejudice. See L.R. 3.3(f) (dismissal of case for failure to pay filing fee is allowable sanction); see also Dietz v. Bouldin, 579 U.S. 40, 47 (2016) ("district courts have the inherent authority to manage their dockets and courtrooms with a view toward the efficient and expedient resolution of cases"); Anderson v. Williamson, 748 F. App'x 710, 711 (7th Cir. 2019) (non-precedential disposition) (dismissal without prejudice is appropriate disposition where plaintiff fails to satisfy the filing-fee requirements). ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is denied, as Plaintiff's trust fund statements do not demonstrate an inability to pre-pay the full Court filing fee. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee by September 29, 2023. Failure to pay the filing fee by that date will result in summary dismissal of this case.
