| Filing 10 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report and sets the following discovery and pretrial schedule. Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures are to be made by 12/1/2023. The deadline for amending the pleadings and adding parties is 2/29/2024. Fact discovery is to be completed by 4/1/204. Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures are to be made by plaintiff by 5/15/2024 and by defendant by 6/15/2024. Expert discovery is to be completed by 7/1/2024. The deadline for filing dispositive motions is 9/15/2024. In addition, due to the question raised by defendant regarding the amount-in-controversy requirement for subject matter jurisdiction, defendant is directed to file by 10/23/2023 a position paper fully setting out its position that the requirement is not met, which the Court will treat as a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1). Plaintiff is directed to file a response by 11/6/2023. No reply unless requested in advance by the Court.
