Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Dkt. #3 ) is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to (1) deduct and remit $50.53 as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and (2) to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration and to the Court's Fiscal Department. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation (Dkt. #4 ) is denied without prejudice. Mandatory initial screening of Plaintiff's complaint (Dkt. #1 ) is deferred until Plaintiff has either complied with this order or shown cause, on or before November 10, 2023, why the initial partial payment of the filing fee should not be required.
