Petitioner writes to the Court alleging that the jail officials will not certify the form and release a copy of the trust fund ledger without a court order. #6 Petitioner requests the Court send a court order along with an additional blank IFP application form directly to the jail. It is Petitioner's responsibility, however, to litigate this case including completing the IFP application. The Court will not take over the task of obtaining IFP status for Petitioner by coordinating directly with the jail as Petitioner requests. Petitioner is given until November 9, 2023 to complete the IFP application including with necessary certification by the trust fund officer and supported by a copy of the trust fund ledger. Failure to submit the completed IFP application or pay the five-dollar filing fee by that date will result in dismissal of this case.
