Filing 7 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Nancy L. Maldonado: The Court enters the following briefing schedule on Defendant's motion to dismiss #5 : Plaintiff's response is due 9/29/23; Defendant's reply is due 10/13/2023. The Court advises Plaintiff, who has been sending emails to the Court's courtroom deputy about her case, that she should not be sending communications to the courtroom deputy containing any substantive allegations or claims about her case. Rather communications with the courtroom deputy should be limited to discussions about scheduling, such as the briefing schedule for the motion, or the logistics of hearing dates. The Court will defer setting an initial status conference until it reviews the parties' briefing on the motion to dismiss. (ca, ) |
