Jantz for discovery supervision, including setting all deadlines, and for settlement. The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report with proposed discovery dates #23 and sets the following discovery deadlines. The parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by 11/17/2023. Written discovery requests shall issue by no later than 12/15/2023. The parties having indicated that they anticipate a confidentiality order will be necessary in this case, the parties shall review Judge Jantz's Standing Order on Confidentiality and Protective Orders and submit a proposed confidentiality order to the Court by no later than 12/18/2023, following the procedures laid out in the standing order. The fact discovery deadline is set for 4/26/2024. Any expert discovery schedule will be set at the close of fact discovery. An initial telephonic status hearing is set for 1/25/2024 at 1:15 P.M. To join the 1/25/2024 status conference by phone, dial 888-273-3658 and enter access code 2217918. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
