| Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Telephonic initial status hearing held on 10/10/2023. For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiff's motion to remand or, in the alternative, for leave to conduct jurisdictional discovery #8 is granted in part. The motion is granted with respect to the request for jurisdictional discovery. The parties will be permitted to serve up to five document requests and up to five interrogatories. Jurisdictional discovery shall be completed by 12/1/2023. Plaintiff's motion to remand is terminated without prejudice to renewal after the parties have completed jurisdictional discovery. Telephonic status hearing set for 12/12/2023 at 9:00 AM. To ensure public access to court proceedings, members of the public and media may call in to listen to telephonic hearings.
