| Filing 21 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer: The court thanks counsel for their report and enters the schedule they have proposed as follows: Disclosures pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 26(a)(1) shall be made by November 8, 2023. All fact discovery shall be commenced in time to be completed by July 31, 2024. Reports from retained experts under Rule 26(a)(2) are due from Plaintiff by September 2, 2024 and from Defendant by October 3, 2024. All expert discovery shall be completed by November 4, 2024. Plaintiff will move for class certification no later than December 10, 2024, and any dispositive motion shall be filed no later than December 10, 2024. Assuming that a class is certified, notice given and opt-out opportunity has been exhausted, Plaintiff will prepare a draft of the final pretrial order by May 3, 2025. Joint final pretrial order will be filed by May 17, 2025, and the case will be ready for a two-week trial no later than June 10, 2025.
