Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must either: (1) submit a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the $402 filing fee; and (2) show good cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed based on apparent false statements in his in forma pauperis application (in other words, he must provide a written explanation for his actions so the Court may consider whether to allow him to proceed). If Plaintiff does not comply with all directives by December 11, 2023, the Court will summarily dismiss the case without prejudice. The Court defers review of Plaintiff's complaint #1 under 28 U.S.C. 1915A and Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 until after his fee status has been resolved.
