A settlement conference is scheduled for 12/19/23 at 10:00 a.m. with the format (either by video or in-person) to be selected in the parties' settlement position statements. Defendant's responsive position statement is due to the same by 12/5/23. The position statements should include the Parties' calculations for available damages categories. Based on their joint motion, the parties' motion is granted to stay all discovery while the parties pursue settlement, in order to conserve resources.
